Understanding two-factor authentication

Two-factor authentication (2FA) adds an extra layer of protection to your account.

• When logging in, you enter your password and then confirm your identity with a verification code sent to your email or mobile phone via SMS.
• When making transactions, you authorize and complete the action using your MPIN, a 4-digit PIN you set up during registration.
