How do transaction approvals work?

Some transactions require approval before they can be processed. For Preparers, you can set a limit on the size of the transactions they are allowed to send. If a transaction goes above that limit, an Approver must confirm it. The Approver will receive an email notification and can log in to review the transfer details, then approve or deny it.
